We realize that you have reservations about sending your child unescorted on a flight to a camp far from home.
It’s actually quite safe and easy for them. Many young teens travel alone to summer camps.
Parents can request "Unaccompanied Minor Service" from all the airlines. They will make sure that your child stays in the care of the Airlines until the approved pickup person picks up the child at the other end. You would simply register Ski Camp International as the receiving party.
The cost is minimal and some airlines do this for free.
You can also request the same service for the return portion so that they stay with airline staff right from when we check them in on the departure day.
 Arrival
Ski Camp International participants are met at Innsbruck International Airport on June 26th, 2008. We will meet each child at the only door out of Austrian Customs at the Innsbruck Airport.
Departure
They are returned to Innsbruck International Airport on July 16th, 2008.
Ski Camp Sign
At airport pick-up, we will have a large fluorescent sign with the Ski Camp International name on it.
Flight Information
We will need a complete itinerary for the child no later than June 12th, 2008.
Transportation
Transportation from the Airport to the Camp Site will be done by van.

Driving Distance
The driving distance from the airport to the Camp Site is about one hour and twenty minutes.
Delays Situation
We will make sure that your child will be picked up even if airline delays occur. |
